Phil West
Thanks for viewing my website! I am Phil and I am the Managing Director of Phil West Cricket. When I am not running my Cricket business, I work part time for a Sports Mobility charity in London in their programmes & employment team. Outside of work I am a keen runner, I live in Wokingham, Berkshire and have a passion for getting all people active.

Matt McDonald
Matt has been working part time for Phil West Cricket now for around a year while also studying at Swansea University. So you will see more of Matt during holiday times!
Matt is a upcoming coach having completed his coaching badges after the pandemic. Matt plays his cricket at Wokingham CC, and has an eye for developing fast bowlers! Outside of cricket Matt is a Spurs season ticket holder and general sports lover.
Dilan Patel
Dilan has recently joined the team after completing his level two course and playing in Australia this Winter. Dilan plays his cricket at Finchampstead CC where he has grown up as a colt.
Dilan brings spin bowling specialism angle to our coaching programmes and is also a left handed bat!
Ben Cape
Ben has recently joined the team having met us through one of our local club contracts. Ben played for Berkshire & Hampshire development sides while growing up and now plays his cricket in the first XI at Mortimer West End CC.
Ben has been very popular already with our 1:1 clients in particular with his focus on batting drills and power hitting.
